Could bydureon (exenatide) or fenofibrate cause changes in a person's food preferences, such as being able to only tolerate bland foods?

Not really: Hi. Bydureon (extended action exenatide) can cause nausea and even vomiting in susceptible patients, but I've not seen it personally or reported to cause the desire for bland food. And fenofibrate, likewise, no desire for bland food.
