My 80 yo. otherwise healthy uncle underwent a cervical laminectomy 3mos ago due to extreme radiculopathy, gets v. frequent nausea now. what to do??

Cervical stenosis: The frequent nausea is not related to the cervical laminectomy or stenosis. Sometimes antibiotics around the time of surgery can cause diarrhea or a new medicine can have nausea as a side effect. See your medical doctor for the evaluation

Diagnose: It would come down to the specific cause of the nausea. Nausea is not a "typical" problem following cervical spine surgery. The antibiotics can sometimes alter the normal flora in the gi tract or it may be something else. A good medical checkup would probably be the best way to start.
