Routine eval: He should certainly get a routine eval by the Dr. and have the Dr. made aware that you think his testicles are large. The Dr. would be able to examine him and assure that is ok (or not). Best wishes.

Possibly: Are they tender? Are they smooth or irregular? Are the testicles bigger, or is just the scrotum that looks bigger? My rule of thumb is that if you are unsure if you have a medical condition that needs addressing, see a doctor for a definitive answer.
