Eval: Your particular answer will depend on your particular situation and your evaluation. Morning headache can represent significant problems - rarely. Much more commonly stress is the answer, with poor quality sleep. FitBit has a sleep analysis mode that might be somewhat useful to tell you about your average sleep quality. Ambien (zolpidem) is not the answer - use infrequently.
