Tough to say: Non treatment is 100%. This is especially true for sphincter of Oddi syndrome. Stick with your gasteoenterologist. Also ask about looking in to wether or not gastroparesis is present. May also want to consider a CCK HIDA scan to see if that reproduces pain, suggesting gallbladder removal MAY relieve symptoms. Hope this helps!
