Histamine reaction: would often have those symptoms. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and.... allergy to pollen, other things often does this. over the counter anti-histamines help histamine like reactions (like the one you mention). And.... asthma is a condition that requires eval and treatment by a physician.

Treat both: Difficulty with breathing is termed dyspnea. Wheezing, coughing and dyspnea associated with chronic rhinitis (runny nose) can well be the beginnings of asthma. Also, reaction to Voltaren, (diclofenac) an NSAID, is not unusual in adult onset asthma.Get spirometry (lung tests) by allergist or pulmonologist, tho allergists specialize in the linkage of both upper (nose) and lower (lungs) airways. They are related.
