Lymph nodes: (by under arm i am assuming armpit) what you are describing sounds like lymph nodes. they can be swollen due to different reasons - most commonly swells in setting of an infection (viral or bacterial) or a more concerning cause can be indications of lymphoma. talk with your doctor if it persists.
