will pepcid or zantac (ranitidine) relieve the gas caused by my anti-inflammatory medication diclofenac?

No: these medications will not relieve gas per se, but will help relieve stomach acid which can help protect the stomach as dicloenac can be bothersome to the stomach lining

Possibly: ask your doctor first to make sure there is no contraindication to "mixing" your medications.
