See you PCP: for physical and labs. Regardless, could be only muscle pain or GI problems, pain in your chest is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your PCP for re-evaluation or a cardiologist is warranted. Take care.

May be heart related: Along with other symptoms of heart palpitations, chest pain on left side,Pain in lower left jaw, May all be related.Consult a cardiologist to evaluate your condition ASAP. Radiating pain in left arm can also be indicative of heart related issues.Jaw Pain can also be form local condition like TMD.You must get complete & proper evaluation on the heart first, to rule out any potential heart problems
