Ibuprofen: NSAIDs are effective at dealing with throat pain. If the pain worsens or fever persists you should see a doctor.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID: For the fever, and aches , I suggest ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, or even acetaminophen . You may actually have a streptococcal infection, so I suggest a quick visit for a throat swab. If you have strep throat, you'll need a course of antibiotics and you'll need to keep away from other folks for the first 24 hr. Good luck.
