OK: If you are able to type this you have excluded a life threat. If something did go into your lung you may have the tell tale sign of persistent cough followed possible by fever and shortness or breath. If not, probably nothing is in your lung. If alone and something caught in airway and can't breath - jolt epigastic area to pop it out or hold your hands around throat to alert others to help.
