Glucometer: Get a glucometer and do a fingerstick. That way you will get a blood sugar reading at the time that you feel to be hypoglycemic.

Use a meter: Most people do not have hypoglycemia. Talk to your doctor about your symptoms and have him test whether they may be caused when fasting or after eating.
