Letting go, psychT: Identify situations that are under your control and situations that are not. Work on things you can control and let go of things that cannot be controlled. Listen to your body and pay attention to your thoughts when symptoms exacerbate. Find a counselor to help you navigate through your symptoms and if there's a need consider medication. Live in the present, but not past or future.
