Couple of Things: If your symptoms occur only when changing position, as in when rising from seated or lying position, consider increasing your water intake. I presume the abdominal pain, fever you noted above were in the past and the reason for GB removal. If present now then these symptoms may represent infection. Thyroid dysfunction is also a common to these symptoms. See your doctor if they persist or worsen.

Orthostasis: You're describing orthostasis, when blood rushes to feet when body's suddenly put upright. Leaves less blood for brain, causing faintness. Heart beats harder & faster to keep blood flowing to brain. Some people's vascular reflexes are slower than others', so body doesn't adjust as quickly when standing. Hydration helps. If happens when sitting, or lasts longer than minute or so, then seek care.
