Skin irritation: The most likely cause is a fungal infection which might well have a secondary bacterial infection. Obviously you should be examined by a health professional. In the meantime, keep it dry, change your underwear twice a day, get some tolnaftate cream and apply per directions. Also change your diet to eliminate sweets, and drastically reduces starches.
