Do you shave ?: You could have irritated or infected follicles where the hairs are shaved. It's really hard without being able to see. Does over the counter Hydrocortisone help? It its infected it would make it worse. It would probably we worth a trip to doc to get a right diagnosis and treatment . By the way try moisturizers and cool compresses to to relieve the itch.
