White lumps: You probably have a parasitic infection. What you are describing can be caused by a giardia infection. But, you could also be seeing the eggs laid by intestinal worms. See a physician who is knowledgeable about these possibilities.

Tapeworms: The classic description of a tapeworm infection is small "sesame seeds" or "grains of rice" in the stool. It is usually due to the tapeworm found in dogs and cats, but it can sometimes be found in humans. What is seen is the proglottid or a segment of the worm.
