Cranberry juice: Pure cranberry juice has many health benefits but is quite bitter and difficult to tolerate if not mixed with another juice. Unfortunately, most blended cranberry juice drinks on the market are very high in sugar, negating these benefits. Pure cranberry is sold in capsules at health food stores and are generally well tolerated.

No: Cranberry juice can be healthy if there are not a lot of added sugars. Large amounts of cranberry juice can cause GI upset. Limit or avoid use with warfarin.
