Neuropathy causes: There are many causes of neuropathy, diabetes mellitus is one of them. Many people with diabetes have neuropathy, but not all. Many people with neuropathy do not have diabetes. It is a good idea to be tested for diabetes mellitus, and to consider other causes as well.
