Probably nothing: Oral sex can transmit HPV, but less easily than vaginal or anal sex. Even if HPV is acquired orally, most infections cause no symptoms and are cleared by the immune system. One type of the virus (HPV 16) can cause throat cancer, but the risk is low; the large majority of people with oral HPV 16 don't get cancer. Genital and oral HPV 16 can be prevented by immunization. Get vaccinated!
