Arbor mist: An occasional "arbor mist" won't cause much trouble even if you have diabetes. I would strongly recommend that you check your blood sugar before you eat dinner and two hours after you have finished eating and drinking. Your post-meal blood sugar may be a bit high at two hours so you will know for next time to make sure to take enough pre-meal insulin to cover your drink.
