I'm not sure but is honey ok for diabetic people?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Treat hypoglycemia: Hi. Honey is great for treating hypoglycemia. If not treating a low, it must be accounted for in dosing insulin. If not on insulin, depending on patient meds and physiology, it may cause hyperglycemia.
