Follow interests: Long haul to become radiologist. Usually four years of college, four years of medical school, then four years of residency. Most residents do multiple fellowships in subspecialties following regular radiology residency. Fellowships can be one or two years in duration. Undergraduate courses vary but need to excel grade wise. Graduates from engineering, business, and fine arts as well as sciences.

Any major ok: Major in what you are interested in and have an aptitude for. Take the required prerequisites for med school also. Prepare for your MCAT when it's time. Look at some of the admission requirements of medical schools that you might be interested in. Once in med school you must do well and pass your boards to get a radiology residency.
