What do you suggest if my sister has not eaten in about 3 days!! please help!?

Why not?: The order of action really depends on why she is not eating. If she can't eat because of vomiting or illness, an urgent visit to the ER or a physician should be arranged to find the underlying cause and evaluate for dehydration or malnutrition. If she is CHOOSING not to eat, a psychiatric evaluation is warranted.
