Fibrocystic disease: Usually cyclic pain in the breasts is due to fibrocystic breast disease. It is a common condition, and most women have some degree of it. Vitamin e and reduction of caffeine intake typically improves it. If not, you'll need to have a breast exam to rule out cyst(s) or other issues.
