Depends: Usually not,however it depends on what you are taking them for. In any case it will delay healing. For Certain virulent strains of bacteria and certain locations of the body this could be dangerous.

It Happens: If I miss a day, skip the missed dose and continue with a regiment as directed. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose. Not a life life-threatening, but less effective.

4 days ago I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and was prescribed 20mg of celebrex,codeine, and 500mg of antibiotics to take everyday for the next 2 weeks. The celebrex says not to consume alcohol while being medicated on it but can i if i miss out 1 day.
