Don't double dose: Do not double dose. U should take it as close to the prior time. If it is over half the amount of hours on average just take u'r next dose as prescribed and finish of the antibiotics as instructed by u'r doctor

Take the next dose: Don't double up or try to make up doses. It can have significant side effects. Take the next scheduled dosage.
