3rd Trimester's: Good for her for stopping! The most dangerous exposure to the baby is the 3rd trimester - so she's quit just in time. If she totally stays clean and also avoids other risky substances, it should be okay. Meconium rarely includes traces of cannabis if none was taken past 6 mth date. In some cases there is some, but not much. She did her best and just needs to continue. Best wishes to them!
