A member asked:

Was wondering if aurothioglucose is still manufactured for treatment of arthritis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Aurothioglucose or Solganol was used at one time to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis. It had blood and renal side effects, but did successfully treat R A. There are so many effective drugs available now that it has practically become a part of medical history.
