A member asked:

Can you tell me in what tissue is neoplasm most aggressive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pancreas cancer: Aggressiveness is based on the ability to spread regardless of methods used to prevent rapid progression. This is characteristic of pancreas cancer where once infiltration thru the ductal system occurs, within 1-2 years grater than 90% have succumbed to the disease. Epitheliod sarcomas are almost as aggressive with almost complete failure to prevent mets.
