Not uncommon: Early Parkinsonian signs may be somewhat non-specific, such as foot dystonia, or nonspecific gait imbalance. The cardinal features of tremor, rigidity, cog wheeling, and characteristic gait may develop later. Sometimes, the initial tremor at rest may be mislabeled.
