No sleep apnea?: I would have to guess that the sleep study did not show sleep apnea, the only condition for which a sleep study would indicate the use of CPAP. This could be because either: 1) You do not have sleep apnea, or 2) You do have sleep apnea but this one sleep study did not show it. Sometimes it takes more than one sleep study to diagnose sleep apnea.

Discuss with doctor: who has the test results. Probably you do not have sleep apnea so cpap will not help.
