Cast: If your cuboid fracture is isolated( no other mid foot injuries, i.e. Lis- Franc)than casting or boot immobilization for 6-8 weeks is appropriate.If the fracture is slow to heal your ORS may consider the use of a bone stimulator . Good Luck!
