No: Oral arnica is considered poisonous. It can cause large increases in blood presure and be toxic to the heart. Topical arnica (on the skin) is generally recognized as safe.

Homeopathic arnica?: If you mean homeopathic arnica in potencies above 12c, then this would be safe. There are no interactions between homeopathic remedies and pharmaceuticals -- even in animals. If you mean a tincture of the raw herb arnica montana, then i agree with my colleague suggesting not to give that internally.
