Arnica tea: Arnica montana is a composite flower found in mountainous meadows. It was previously used as a tea or tincture, but it's no longer used in full strength internally because of potential toxicity. Homeopathically it's safe, and can be used for trauma with bruising ; swelling. The german commission e approved it for topical use -- it has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and analgesic effects.
