Most Likely Allergy: IgE levels above the normal range are common amongst patients with allergies, asthma, and eczema. If you have these symptoms or diseases then this is nothing to worry about. If you don't have any of these problems, it could represent a parasitic infection and that is usually associated with an elevated eosinophil count on a routine blood count.
