Stroke prevntion: Aggrenox is a combination of Aspirin and a drug called dipyridamole. This combo prevents platelets from "clumping" and causing a clot or embolism to prevent strokes. It is a relatively safe drug. Most drug interactions involve other drugs which also prevent platelets from clumping and thus cause bleeding.
