What happens if i massage on any gland will it produce more hormones?

Unlikely: "Glands" usually refer to lymph nodes, which are not thought to produce hormones. Adrenal glands can respond to massage, but this only occurs during an operation, so this its not something you could do yourself. Not would you want to do it yourself. Hope this helps!
