What happens if one eye has bad vision and the other eye has okay vision how come i see what the eye with okay vision sees with both eyes?

The good eye works: Your brain receives input from both eyes. Since your good eye sees well the image processed by your brain is good. The bad eye adds a 3D component which may in some ways improve the image you perceive from the good eye.
