No: Chrons is with gastrointestinal symptoms where as ALS will cause weakness in the muscles and paralysis

NOT similar: Crohn's is an autoimmune disorder of the intestine. ALS affects the motor neuron, and causes weakness, and muscular atrophy. Crohn's does neither of the latter.
