Get managed: This is extremely easy to screen for and any competent physician can do this using a pap smear and/or visualization. It sounds as if she is afraid to see a physician -- this is understandable. Tell her how much your friendship means, pick up the phone and make an appointment, and drive her to it and stay with her.
