No: Percocet, etc. contain opioid analgesics whereas Fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) does not. They are similar in that both contain acetaminophen. A formulation of fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) contain codeine which falls in the opioid family.
