What do you mean by: "out?" If you mean will it be having any clinical effect on you, the answer is no. If you mean will the hydrocodone itself be still present in your body, the answer is also no. However, if you mean can it still be detected by various kinds of drug testing, the answer is YES. Drug tests don't only look for the parent compound, which is usually quickly metabolized, but for the metabolites.
