See an orthopedist: Avery, Recurrent dislocations can be a problem. Some people are quite prone to them, and even the simple act of lifting your arm can lead to dislocation. If this is happening to you, see an orthopedic surgeon. Sometimes surgical repair is needed, if they feel it is appropriate.
