Blue light safer: Than blue laser light. Never look a pointer laser light in the eyes. The computer lap top screen and smart phone emits a blue light (non laser) which keeps us awake, when we should be restful, and simulates daylight turning off our melatonin. So try not to do computer work within 2 hours of going to bed, so you can have a good rest!
