Nothing really: Not sure what the question is. I don't generally recommend giving Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin prior to the vaccines or after unless he has a high fever or is very uncomfortable . A recent study said giving Tylenol (acetaminophen) lowers the effectiveness of the vaccine.
