Ask for help: Please do not hesitate to ask for help and now. A capable psychiatrist as well as a therapist can be helpful to you. Please also do not turn away from family and friends and your faith. Those individuals who are or become disabled still have meaning and purpose in life and have a critically important role in our communities. Time to heal and rediscover how worthy you are.
