Check up: May need to see your family doctor for a check up, look for anemia. Depends on why you had surgery, gallstones or not. Slight discomforts can occur after eating larger or fatty foods.

Cuts: Well you had a big operation and your body is recovering so you feel tired. The abomen hurts because of the inflammation form the cut or cuts.
