Fellowship: Have to have a doctor's degree, then do a 3 years residency in internal medicine and then a 103 year fellowship in pulmonary medicine. A pediatric pulmonologist needs 3 years of general pediatric training and then 3 years of pediatric pulmonology fellowship.
