2 year old twin boys vomiting and was 102.0 but now its 100.3 they cant really hold anything down i have pedia pops what to do? lil worried

Not fun!: 2year old twins! The most important thing is to keep them hydrated. I used to sit with my sick kid in front of a Disney movie and give her 1tablespoon of fluid (pedialyte) every 5-10 minutes. If she vomited then I would continue anyways. Usually 1-2 movies and we were back on track. You'll need an assistant! If the children stop crying tears or don't pee in 6 hours you should go to ER.
